Marketing Communications Specialist

In this new role of Marketing Communications Specialist, you are the driving force behind supporting and coordinating the development and implementation of our marketing, social media, branding and communication activities. You will work on the communication around existing and new to be developed international industrial and textile printing concepts and solutions. You own the media and (online) content planning. By looking closely at the needs in the market, together with international colleagues such as product managers, marketing collegues, sales and external partners you come up with content, campaigns and concepts that match both the the organisation's ambition and the customers needs. You will also, work on positioning and launching concepts in the market. In this position, you are part of the Commercial Organisation.

What are your main tasks and responsbilities?

  • Co-draft and implement the marketing communications plan and roadmap;
  • Prepare, execute, coordinate and analyze (online) marketing and advertising activities such as the company's own website, inbound marketing campaigns, trade shows, Google Adwords and social media such as LinkedIn
  • Create and maintain a consistent corporate brand voice across product lines, events, promotional materials and company departments
  • Create original, clear, and concise content for all relevant communication channels
  • (Co) draft and distribute press releases and email campaigns
  • Responsible for all company interactions on the social media
  • Provide support for key trade shows
  • Apply various website, SEO and social media tactics in creating brand awareness and generating inbound traffic that strengthens company’s online media presence
  • Play a key role in internal communication about products and customers
  • Coordinating external parties, including copywriters, booth builders, advertising and inbound marketing agencies and consultants

 

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor or Master degree in the field of marketing and communications or similar
  • At least 5 years of marketing/communication experience, preferably in B2B marketing
  • Strong communicator who is able to interact with different people in the company in terms of background, culture and seniority level
  • Creative, shows initiative and has excellent presentation skills
  • Experience with working with content management tools, preferably with HubSpot
  • Good knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics tools
  • Expertise in setting up marketing campaigns and the use of email marketing software
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal in the English language
